good store. It was black Friday so the lines were much much longer than normal. however, the lines were kept in an neat fashion making the wait bearable.

Always have a commodity experience at Kohls but today the asian dame they had greet and welcoming customers gave a vibration that was n’t besides welcoming. I dont want to judge this Kohls base off of this one feel but possibly they should n’t have people that do n’t like their jobs, greeting clients. After all, she is the one that sets the tonicity for the node ‘s experience at the storehouse.

Huge free parking lot. Lots of great sales. Lines can get long at times but seems to move relatively cursorily. friendly cashiers.

A few days ago, I went to buy a pair of fink. Because it was a weekday afternoon, the department was very slow with just two cashiers working at that fourth dimension.

atrocious know. It ‘s very obvious to me that Kohls does n’t want my occupation. I ordered something on-line and waited about an hour in the shop only to have them tell me to look up the item on my own and bring it to the on-line cream up cashier for her tell me that they could n’t sell an item to me because it ‘s not in the system. They had to manually process the order to sell the detail to me. At this steer I was sent base without my item. Asked for the coach and the order miraculously showed up at that moment and had me expect again. All together 1.5 hour wait. Discount ? Yes. Customer Service ? not existing. Kohls ? Hell no ! Manager Shivana and Lydia, the teller at the blame up teller canot care less.

The prices are justly, the staff is big.
I particularly love the Assistant Manager,
Melissa McKenzie, she is one extra
dame, in additon to the Manager. I have
had nothing but a bless experience
at Kohls.

A department storehouse where you can buy all kind of clothes for summer and winter, kitchen, bedroom article need it for the family, we like to go there when they have sale. The service is very well. When we want to shoes in the basement they never have our size, so we do not go there that often.
