1. What is your return policy ? JJ ‘s House will issue a full refund including tax and transport for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your token arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team directly for aid with processing your return.
Please keep in take care that all dresses are uniquely made to order to keep costs first gear for our customers. We besides understand that colors on your calculator screen can be a little different to how they appear in person. For these reasons, we encourage you to order a Swatch ( absolve transportation ) to help you decide.
JJ ‘s House will only issue one postpaid restitution label per order. You will be responsible for paying ship fees including, but not restrict to, the price to ship and any transportation materials on extra returns. Because of this, we recommend returning all unwanted items at one fourth dimension.

exchange POLICY
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. Because all items are bespoke, we do not have cliched dresses or products that can be shipped in exchange for your render items. You will need to return unwanted items ( if eligible per the revert policy ), and then place a modern club for the substitution items. All new orders are subject to the stream production period.
1. Submit a hark back request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your rate. Please include the reason for retort and photograph for verification.
2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item ( s ) using local post within 14 days from receiving the return shape.
3. When we receive the return package, the detail ( mho ) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the render request.
4. once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original requital method within 10-15 days ( the work time depends on your requital method and bank ).
Please notice :
* We reserve the correct to refuse the render if received in an unacceptable stipulate.

cancellation POLICY
All our items are custom-built, including standard size items. Once the sew process has begun, there will be Labor Costs and Material Costs, with this in beware, please mention to our cancellation policy below :
• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 5 days.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a wide refund.
• Cancel order 24–72 hours after requital : 80 % refund + ship tip.
• Cancel order 72-120 hours after requital : 50 % refund + transport fee.
• Cancel ordering > 120 hours after requital : refund of shipping tip lone.
• once your rate is shipped, it can not be cancelled. ”
